I moved here on purpose. Let me help you do it right.
New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Monterey. I researched where to put down roots, and Fishers won. Picking the town matters as much as picking the house, so let’s start there.
I’ll be your eyes on the ground.
Which town fits you?
My honest take on each. Pick one.

Fishers
A downtown built almost from scratch in the last decade, with the Nickel Plate District at its center. Parks everywhere, Geist Reservoir on the east side, and a lot of young families. It’s where I live.

- Geist Waterfront Park
- Schools
- Hamilton Southeastern

- The Monon Trail runs through it
- Schools

- Walkable Main Street
- County
- Hancock
- Schools
- Mt. Vernon Community Schools
- Housing
- Older homes and new subdivisions
School districts, at a glance.
District lines don’t follow town lines. A Noblesville address can be in Hamilton Southeastern, for example. I check every home’s assigned schools by address before you fall for it.

|---|---|---|
| Fishers | Hamilton Southeastern Schools | Hamilton |
| Carmel | Carmel Clay Schools | Hamilton |

Bringing Mom and Dad closer to home.
More families are moving aging parents to be near the grandkids. It’s a bigger decision than a typical move, and often handled from a distance. I’ll be your parents’ advocate on the ground.

Neighborhoods, schools, parks, and the places locals actually go. Written by someone who moved here himself. I’ll also send a short note each month with the market read.
