Privacy, in plain English.

What I collect. Only what you type into a form on this site: things like your name, email, phone, and details about the home you’re buying or selling.

How I use it. To reply to you, send what you asked for (like the Insider Guide or a home value analysis), and, if you asked for it, a monthly market note. Your information goes into my client database (Follow Up Boss) so I can keep track of our conversation.

What I don’t do. I don’t sell your information. I share it only when it’s needed to help you, like introducing you to a lender or another agent, and only with your OK.

Texts and email. Reply STOP to any text or click unsubscribe in any email and I’ll stop. You can also ask me to delete your information at any time.

Other sites. Some buttons go to other services, like my home search (RealScout), the instant home value tool (Fello), and Google. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
